If Discovery able to team up other investors to get the majority vote, they could in theory take control of the company.
They may already have over ~30%+ (47.7MM + ???? from open market) of the outstanding float.
Insiders hold ~8% as of last filing

Could Discovery picked up the bulk of the high volume of 14MM on the RS announce this past Monday?
10MM on avg. of 6cents.. that's 600K.. that's peanuts for these guys.
they need ~105MM get to the majority... If they want to reach 105MM, they going to have to drive the price back to over 10 cents to reach that magic #.
We should see another 10MM+ trading session if some entity is picking up shares.
