47.5MM common issued? outstanding shares increase to ~205MM
for the $5MM loan, they really F$%$ up..
practically give up ~25% of the company?
I didn't believe that the investor can convert so quickly..
I thought there was a chance that mgmt will have time to find a way to pay them back before this 47.5MM get issued.
