MMEX-scam is a failing share-selling scheme - it must be difficult to be in the role of cheerleader for a failing scam.
Pipelines cost money. A good average in the Permian is about $500K per mile, even for a small diameter transmission system. Best case, someone would have to invest about $16-million just in a pipeline to reach the nearest crude terminal.
Mid-stream companies that own and operate pipelines aren’t stupid - they’d never invest millions in a pipeline to supply an imaginary refinery, or a crude unit that would be guaranteed to fail financially in less than a year.
MMEX-scam isn’t a legit business - if by some Level Nine or beyond miracle it ever built anything, when it cratered the pipeline company would be left with a dead asset.
Any legit business and management team can look at MMEX-scam, and they know immediately its a fraud. No legit business invests in fraud.
Ludicrous claims like:
