All the well heads are scattered around the area, everywhere. Production from these well heads, 5 to 7 miles around the build site, is estimated to be 20k BPD.
What if they built a new "crude terminal" near the refinery?
Or what if they built a short 31 mile pipeline from the nearest "crude terminal"?
Its quite possible they could use Over The Road (OTR) trucks to transport the crude from these "crude terminals" directly to the refinery.
Mr. Hanks has many many options. part of why this refinery will be a success & why so many entities are involved in this large project.
Including the mayor of Fort Stockton who is anxious to see this progress.
400 people will be employed to construct this facility.
Pecos County Judge, Joe Shuster also supports it.
