Adi, Rebel Dad, and robinson............I do appreciate your responses and I do see that Mr. Gillen's path has been made with his boots on the ground more so than previous administration in this role. It just seemed that we were hiring the "fat and happy" who thought they could continue to live off their name. I come from the Midwest where we don't expect to get paid until we earn it.

Also, it was not my intent to come off as though older folks can't be high energy or that they lack enthusiasm. However, when I was 23 I was tasked with starting a program from scratch for a large government entity. Through growth and proving the need, my program is up to 25 employees. Now at age 43, having a family and other community obligations, there is no way I could commit the time and energy needed to be (as) successful.
