Couldn't agree more. Age and experience beats youth and enthusiasm every time.

The main point on that podcast is that the beverage industry runs on relationships and a working history. Our guy seems to have those connections in spades. Some new piss and vinegar sales puke, no matter how innovative his thoughts, wouldn't get past the receptionist.
