You see clown most people would realize if intelligent when you put in a public press release that your are ready to go to battle with someone that has harmed you that would pretty much mean you got the goods on that entity and there is no better place to fight then in the public domaine because everything gets unveiled in the public domain which never bodes well for the other side! So, any non clown would realize that, a clown would make a big deal over absolutely nothing, and try to turn a positive into a negative, 600k hahahahahaha!
