If the default was such a measly thing, why was an 8k filing required? An 8k is a material event
About nasdaq, why would you agree to such a provision knowing the timing of an uplisting is out of your control especially when you dont qualify?
Desperation? I would accept that answer. However, I expect more of your usual attacks on anyone with a legit question that sounds negative or questioning any judgement youve made
