Excellent assessment & analogy of what transpired at the hearing! Of course I hope that the 3 judge panel will see with great simplicity, as you have, the futility expressed in SA's Legal Team in such a poor presentation of their case! They realized that legal precedence established by SCOTUS and the PTAB decisions, muted any valid argument that SA might otherwise have had available to them! So why try to defend Alice 101 in their argument to the court! They came just short of apologizing to the court for wasting their time! LOL!
