But does SFT “really” want to settle now, at this point; after coming so far? IMO R&G is wanting to hear a decision by the judge. Otherwise no precedent is set when a settlement has occurred? Idk why but that’s the way I’m remembering it. Been gone a while though so happy I still remembered my pw (jk, I use my built-in password manager with MobileTrust, and to great effect)
