I agree with "Time" but SA should not be looking at how they did in the oral because it should not matter. They need to calculate a 99 percent assumed loss based on the law. and their council should be yelling and screaming the potential. Council for SA has to be prudent to the potential award liability at end of suit and start realizing the staggering amount that SA would have to pay. Council for SA needs to talk and confer with their clients and come down to the reality to settle now or potentially put themselves in harms way by not advising the dire scenario. All of this is my opinion.
