IMO the PR presages a licensing/partnership agreement for Brilicadin in Europe. And, I expect a separate licensing agreement for North America.
My guess is Mr Erhlicht has 2 or more potential partners and he is actively negotiating with them to produce a degree of competition among the potential partners which should be very good news for IPIX's deal and its shareholders.
Remember it takes more time to secure multiple deals and it would explain the company's apparent confidence in view of its lack of funds.
Again my SWAG only. I could be completely wrong.Time will tell.
