Anything is possible. I think this could still be part of the term sheet progress. The deal in the term sheet was for both OM and UP/IBD. The B-UP trial was performed in Europe where the results would hold more sway than FDA trials. I think the term sheet partner is EU-based and has been in talks with us for a long time and guided us to do the B-UP trial in the EU.
I think all the incremental Brilacidin updates are us checking off items on the term sheet to increase value. Meanwhile we are likely shopping around to other suitors to ensure we're getting the best deal.
As for timing, I still think we have 3-4 months on the originally mentioned term sheet before we really need to be concerned that it is no longer in play. 6-9 months from August 2018 is probably about right for additional work, DD, and a go shop period.
