So we are half way through.
At given pace, this could be done in a few weeks hopefully.
I expect a wall breaking event, i.e. communicated good news
allowing the investors to (partially) unload some of their shares.
This would be NDA'ed of course and the news event would cause liquidity
(high volume) and moves SP up finally.
The event would unbind them and they can sell - if they like to.
Maybe ..
Hope here is that with cash for BLA filing, the 75c Warrants will also get into the money and provide the remaining required amounts for the balance sheet.
