Cont. if no tax forms were filed for onci and some of those years were previous owners then Steve would have to dig up all that past info to bring everything up to speed. The tax bill could show 300k owed but Steve would have to prove sales based on actual sales, not estimates. Until he did that it would show what Delaware estimated the taxes to be.
