Here’s my take on Delaware debt. I have a small business in Indiana. I’m assigned a sic code for my business. I file my sales tax form every month with sales and pay whatever sales tax are due. If I miss a month I get a bill for the average monthly income for all businesses with that sic code. The bill could be for $10,000.00 until I prove otherwise by filing my sales tax form.
