The case is at a higher level court now! And this WILL get Reversed, no questioned about it and Judge K will be done. It could go to a jury trial and would be a jury decision, not Judge K.

R&G is undefeated with Appellate Courts! The garbage that SA came up with to challenge and the Judge agreed is ridiculous.

If you really understand SFOR's IP, then you know SA challenges have ZERO merit and why they had the case moved from VA to CA courts. SA had a Judge that would sign-off for them and buy them time, probably to get thru their merger process and K1 200M investment. SA WILL LOSE - PERIOD! If you're so worried about this, then sell and move on! R&G will ROCK this case!
