Can you imagine the thoughts of the Appellate Judges when they hear that Blank Rome attorneys and Ropes & Gray attorneys are teaming up and both fighting for SFOR... SHOCK & AWE is coming once again! They will know who's who even before hearing the Oral argument. They will have already read the ridiculous notions put forth by SA's lawfirm Knobbe Martens. Then, on Monday they will hear (in person) about Ancient Greece and WWII references by Knobbe Martens in their Oral Argument rebuttal. When the sound bite for Oral argument becomes available make sure you listen to it with hot buttered popcorn and your favorite drink!
