The way I see it is the share reduction has to occur prior to the name change because Hexagon has an A/S of 4 billion and ONCI’s current O/S is 4.5 billion. Would think the O/S has to be less than the A/S. The 1.4 billion share reduction would put the O/S at approximately 3.1 billion which is less than the 4 billion A/S Hexagon has; so good to go.
If Hexagon gets a trading symbol, the share reduction and name change can occur on the same day. If not, then we get the share reduction and wait for the symbol for the name change.
In my opinion there may be more than a simple share reduction going on. I mean how much back and forth between Berman and TA is necessary for a share reduction. Not suggesting something major is about to happen, just saying Berman may be handling a few matters with the TA other than just the share reduction.
I have no concern that the share reduction isn’t going to happen in the very near future (aka soon). The process has begun; just a matter of waiting.
