Well I like to agree with u on this. But my reservation is he has not said Hexagon name change should happen first. He always said share reduction asap. So I think share reduction is first. Keep this in mind if he wants to go your way we don't know how long will take for name change. You are relying on third party with all documentation provided correctly. If this is big if , SB wanted to name change happen first then he should have said so.
