except for the psychological impact of a larger RS, the main way it would impact the shareholder value is through dilution. the acquisition of Sound concept will be partially done with shares so the higher the pps, the lower the dilution. Sure, diluting to acquire is fine, but it still means you own less of the company (not necessarily bad, it depends on how the pps evolves)
