Yes! And to highlight Mark’s statement “It's a short case, we get an answer then. and then guess goes to court and regular trial will occur. So we're not sure how long that will be.”
This tells me he is extremely confident this will be reversed and remanded back to Cali for trial- However THIS is where the settlements roll in to avoid trial and 3x damages- of course IMO! This all makes me even more confident myself! Time frame is irrelevant, I’m staying with SFOR until buyout and possibly beyond.
