This tells me he is extremely confident this will be reversed and remanded back to Cali for trial- However THIS is where the settlements roll in to avoid trial and 3x damages- of course IMO! This all makes me even more confident myself! Time frame is irrelevant, I’m staying with SFOR until buyout and possibly beyond.
