"February 4th is when we go in for our appeal. It does have a slight chance of being slowed down through the government shutdown, but so far it hasn't been and it appears it may not be. February 4th is when we give our appeal. It's a short case, we get an answer then. and then guess goes to court and regular trial will occur. So we're not sure how long that will be. We don't know if it's months away, or six months away, or 2 months away, we just don't know"
