toxxl2, in guessing at what SFOR might fetch in a buyout, we need to take into account that a settlement is a one-time matter, whereas a potential buyer is normally mostly looking at long-time, recurring revenue prospects and the customer base.
However, in SFOR's case, with all its current and possible future lawsuits, one could see a settlement amount as not only 'one-time' but as an indication or many, recurring one-time settlements.
Fortunately for us, potential buyers will know all of this potential even better than we do.
