CyberJ, ZPaul or whoever can clarify the following:
Given that we all agree that one or more settlements could be announced at any time, before or after the Orals and subsequent ruling, but in the case the there isn't a settlement with SA even after a 'Reverse and Remand' or some other ruling, what should be expect after that?
- back to lower court and put on the docket for a jury trial after a long delay?
Also, or is there any precedent for the appeals court making a final ruling complete with an amount of damages to be paid by SA to Strikeforce?
