The list of potential PR's is likely only 1/2 of what could happen. Maybe even list. Rory said there are some things he couldn't talk about at the end of the update. Every new MLM customer could be PR'd.

There are some things they can do without even PR'ing. Remember Oracle and Marketo were only 8K'd back in Jan. & Feb. that sent this flying.

As far as timing, I would consider what type of investor you want to attract. How many investors on the OTC vs. NASDAQ like to invest and hold.
