when it comes to the OTC .. NR (non retail) has almost limitless pockets to first *impact* an OTC target (cycles of money) .. and then almost always *outlast* X OTC target (both investors and mgmt) .. interesting as of 2019 .. PTOI has spent more *time* with a price point @ sub 6c than above it ..
reminder .. it was the EO 2013 that NR reset PTOI to 10c .. it was early January 2014 that PTOI was *reset* to 6c .. and October 2014 that PTOI was reset to 5c
