and every time NTEK published a successful conclusion NTEK was met with a flood of naked shorting which drove the share value down....in such a huge volume of naked shorting...supporting the possibility that it was being done by a WS Market Maker using the Market makers exception (commonly known as the Madoff Rule) to rules requiring share borrow prior to making the short....



This is when David was making NTEK judgement proof? he was in jail then.
