The big news today is that Gerald is looking to step down as CEO. Music to my ears. Also notice that he wrote the pr himself. Howard Gostfrand is no longer the media contact.
It looks like they would like to raise the maximum $20 million in the Reg A and use that to pay off the notes, but I don't think that's going to be feasible unless the share price is a lot higher. The question is what are the catalysts going to be to drive the share price in the near term. Maybe some news on ESS or MANF?
