My reading...Because IPIX already paid the fees for the EOP2 meeting they will follow through on things related to that, including sending out the minutes, according to this (with built in assumptions). I still have doubts, sprinkled with “maybes” but hope it actually gets done.
The shutdown won’t last much longer anyway.
