Kelt got the information from an FDA official. There is no reason to think that someone reading an article on the internet knows more than someone who actually works for the FDA.

Kelt did a great thing, seeing a potential problem and getting info from the horse's mouth to determine that it was not a problem.

It seems like speculation about articles by third parties might result in something that comes from the other end of the horse.
