With 10 million warrants at $2.00, if they want $20 million cash, they could have to exercise 6.67 million at $2.00 and sell shares generated at $5.00 per share. this would leave them with 3.3 million warrants that could be converted to shares. With the positive transactions taking place in early 2019 according to Rory, which I believe, the sale price will be above $5.00 per share. I don't see your concern, as they should get more cash and more shares.
