This proposal would place SC principals at risk of getting ZERO for their contribution of the SC business.
We all may be hyper-optimistic and SC principals too, but they all have wives and family responsibilities that likely would preclude this walk on the wild side...ie all in. Remember this is Utah not Macau.
If you can demonstrate how to mitigate this risk I'm paying full attention. Or are you presuming the $10m in cash does the trick. That I can't reconcile.
