Rory, since we only have about 20 million shares we can issue, I feel you should offer Sound Concepts 10 million 5 year warrants with a strike price of $2.00. If they accepted, we should be able to up list to NASDAQ around $5.00 or higher. During the up listing you could generate $25 million dollars by offering 5 million shares at $5.00. This money could be used for corporate growth. Sound Concepts stockholders that wanted some cash could exercise enough warrants at $2.00 and sell shares around $5.00 to generate the cash they wanted.
