How can asking a question about Alpha not be a legit question? What rule would it violate to answer whether GNBT has been contacted especially since they were the company that caused you to postpone the dividend? I find more than coincidental they were part of that and are being investigated for manipulation of equities. Knowing if GNBT has possibly been manipulated is material information.
