The questions posed are mostly regarding things the company has announced, some of which have or should have happened already and since the CC. How could one ask these questions 4 weeks ago during the CC?
If anything, GNBT is at risk if withholding vital information from investors by not relaying payments have been completed as scheduled or made alternative arrangements for such.
I have invested primarily because of AE37. If the payment was not made as scheduled and no alternative arrangement was agreed upon, I consider that material information as it likely means sites won't be determined and thus the study participates cannot be enrolled.
Everyone on this board has shown GNBT respect and most have complimented you along the way.
