I dont have time to go back and look for it...
But, the Litigation financing can be used for anything, someone on this board reached out to Kay. If I remember correctly, it is tied to the litigation only to repay the funders back. If we lose (not likely) the funders do not get repaid. If we win, we pay the funders in increments as per the agreement.
I personally dont care were the money is going (legal or operational purposes) as long as its being used effectively and the fact that SFOR was given up to $3Million (only took $1.5M so far) and only gets paid back if there are settlements is another reason for me to believe we are on a winners side.
