I don't know the parameters, so I'm sure it's possible. That's the beauty of not knowing --- we can all speculate because no one here has the actual facts.

I'd rather the funds were going to R&G, and actual revenue was keeping the lights on ...... but, as has been tweeted many times, that takes a long indeterminate period of time.
