Wow! That equates to about 4/10ths of 1%...either he's a helluva' negotiator...or somebody's #s are out to lunch. He is a salesman...so maybe the former...? If the lady is being straight with you...then this whole ordeal is the epitome of a "nickel holding back a dollar".
