Wow, are they candid in that office... so here's a rundown of what information I got... hope you're sitting toodles; it's wild and funny:
SB has to still file what's called a 'Certificate of Revival' with a fee of $169.00 and that must be submitted by the end of this month or the 31st or Monday close of business... the woman I spoke with said the company has not submitted this form yet.
Within the conversation as I mentioned the amount that WAS owed, she divulged what was paid and as unbelievable as it seemed to me, I had to reiterate and ask again but this is what she said for the taxes paid:
For 2015 = $610.00
For 2016 = $525.00
I thought those may have been fees but again she said those were the tax bills paid... if true, WOW, bravo SB! Of course I would think there was a bit of haggling before it got reduced to such a low amount from the hundreds-of-thousands that WERE owed.
I am not stating the woman's name (they only give first names but it's somewhat unique) who spoke with me as I don't want her to get into any trouble, having disclosed these numbers ahaha...
