I was told by phone that they were not allowed to discuss anything about ONCI unless I had proof from Steve that they were allowed to do so, and she said that it didn't update automatic.

So I agree to many different stories coming from Del. Steve needs to provide the proof.

I personally don't think he would be as stupid to tell it and it not true.
