Different 'agents' at the Delaware DCIS website are giving different accounts to folks... I got something different via 'chat' than what others are posting over on that other site.

I'd very much appreciate Mr. Berman showing proof payment has indeed been made or allowing DE to show such proof. I'm told payment would show up immediately.
