Seems plausible to me that with Chuckie Reddy, nFusz may be able to find ther bridge in JP Morgan Chase. He's much more than a bank teller, so I imagine he'd have significant influence in getting something done that may not be 'standard' policy.
I also find the wording of SEC filings interesting- In the recent one where nFusz first confirmed integrations to Salesforce, Microsoft, FB/Instagram, it states simply that all of those initiatives may not be able to be completed if they don't have the funding.
So what's $20 million to a company that large? One might say it's a good investment to ensure they get fast access to all nFusz has to offer.
