Re: mewards #10037
I started buying at .10 and continued, was on the ride to 3 dollars but never sold a share, because I believe we go much higher, took the ride back down but only added, never panicked because nothing has changed. Not afraid of a RS because only two things change, the SP and the amount of outstanding shares. Some seem to think that with a RS we couldn’t make what we could without one. I question that thinking, focus on the market cap, the SP could be 10 dollars and have a 2 billion market cap or it could be at 100 dollars with a 2 billion market cap. Either way the market cap is 2 billion and you have the same amount of money in the company regardless. The higher share price keeps the shorts away for the most part. Also, there’s less shares to buy, institutional investors will fight over those shares, which will only help share price.

So, again, I question the thinking of having a RS somehow limiting what shareholders could make long term. There’s no dollar share limit in stocks, we could RS and make it to 1,000 dollars a share.
