Fwiw, I absolutely agree with you here. I've never really seen the point in painting, either direction. Maybe an incredibly small number of people wouldn't take the time to actually look at the trades for a time period, before buying in. I know I am not one of them. I just can't see someone being fooled by those tactics, when 97% of the daily volume is at one price, with the rest being very small transactions at higher/lower prices.
