Seems like something is radically wrong with a company needing that kind of litigation staff. Apparently their products are more dangerous than beneficial. I read that JNJ knew for a long time that their talc was contaminated. Something like the Erin Brackovich story. The orthopedic story seems like a gross engineering error.

But maybe they are just corporate bullies. Or just arrogant aholes like you said.

I hope DECN wins with their products and in the court room.
