J&J is a litigation magnet because they are a-holes. Most large companies have a General Counsel's office and individual legal head counsels for each division in the company. At J&J they have the General Counsel, the legal head counsel, and also chief counsels in each division headquarters, who ... believe it or not report to the Senior or Executive VP in charge of marketing and sales. Four levels of guys who sue and are sued on behalf of the company 24/7.
I remember back to 2013 when DECN appealed the first J&J case in Washington, DC. J&J had 21 attorneys attending, including the J&J Corporate counsel. They are just a-holes.
KB should be given credit for vanquishing the a-holes. But no, message board posters think he should be in jail for the crimes of a low current share price.
