I’m under the impression that if all these companies settle before a decision, the court would not waste anymore time on it. Leaving us, again, without a verdict, allowing future suits to drag out. Are you saying even with a decision they have that option? That wouldn’t bother me all that much cause I’m sure most companies wouldn’t go that route. And I’m sure we will be financially good after this first “batch” settles.
I really appreciate your time to help me out. I’d give it a “like” if I had access to a laptop. I sold pretty much everything (house) I had 2.5 years ago and have been traveling ever since.
