Any signed NDA could well specify that the potential partner company would have a say in timing of information release. Possibly not, but it is just as possibly so. I believe that Mr. Ehrlich will release information when he can (when it is decided by the meeting results and, in light of the above possibility, when a potential partner company agrees to release information) AND when it is to his best advantage to do so. Such timing may be entirely up to Mr. Ehrlich or it may also be dependent on any partner company plans. JMO
