It is absurd to think that a post on lieHUB and its subsequent discussion here could be the reason for the stock going up.

I can as easily say "it's Friday afternoon and people are covering their shorts just in case there's an announcement before the open Monday."

There's no provable relationship between either statement.

I know that lieHUBbers would like to think that their meaningless blather is influential, but it isn't. Real investors certainly aren't going to act on the garbage that is posted in what most people now seem to regard as a garbage message board.
